Always helpful and responded timely

Rameh Khazen handled our sale very professionally. We established a date and time to meet, and I drove the 1.5 hour trip to Mobile. I was greatly relieved when he showed up on time. That means a lot to me. He also had done his homework and had a lot of information about the house already prepared. He always responded to my questions and concerns very quickly online or on the phone. I know he probably does that all the time, but, for an unsure out-of-towner, it showed a true interest in the sale, which was probably nowhere close to his higher priced ones. In the final analysis, he negotiated with the buyer as well in keeping the price up reasonable I think we got a pretty good deal and a contract within a week. I know he got paid his commission, but if he had just listed the property "as is" it might likely have sold in time for much less and he still would have made nearly as much without much effort on his part. In short, I would recommend Rameh to anyone buying/selling a house in his area.
